Wood-fired Pottery Collection
These are some of my favorite wood-fired pots that I’ve kept over the years. Most were made in 1997–2005 and fired in the EKU anagama kiln over a 3-5 day period. A few were fired in the Penland wood kiln in the late 2010s. I’m finally making them available as a way to donate to CERF+ toward the flood crisis from hurricane Helene. All sales revenue from these wood-fired pieces will be donated (not including the shipping or CA sales tax).
I don’t wood-fire anymore, so when they’re gone, they’re gone…
All pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind, with the usual wood fired wad-marks that have been ground smooth, and as noted on one or two pieces permanent repairs have been made where the wadding removal chipped out.
